We will attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting you via email. We ask that you give us at least thirty (30) days to work through the issue before pursuing other options.
Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court's jurisdiction. This is often the fastest and most cost-effective way to resolve smaller disputes.
For disputes that cannot be resolved informally or through small claims court, either party may pursue resolution through the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights.
